Birthday Cake croppedMOVESTRONG HELPS COMMUNITY LOSE 270 LBS AND 170 INCHES

Movestrong™, DeClaire Medicine for Movement, celebrates its second anniversary November 1, 2013 with some impressive loses.   In the last two years of service, Movestrong has helped the community lose over 270 lbs., and over 170 inches off their waistline.

“Individuals in our Complete Wellness program demonstrate the most weight loss and health benefits because individuals are not only coached on exercise but nutrition as well.  Clients receive private nutritional consultations that teach individuals proper nutrition and what healthy eating really looks like. Individuals receive personalized exercise programs to keep them motivated and moving to the next level.  This combination is key to weight loss success because we address how much energy you are expending but also how much energy you are consuming.  You must look at the entire equation and not just a part of it.  Exercise is only one part of weight loss and what you put into your body is the other important component,” said Adrienne LeGasse MontgomeryDirector of Health & Wellness at Movestrong.

In honor of Movestrong’s two year anniversary, all November long  they are extending a two month free membership to new members, two free half-hour personal training sessions to current members and a free coffee mug to anyone that takes a tour of the facility

Movestrong is a place where empathy and expertise come together to empower individuals to make lifestyle changes that will allow them to move stronger. Movestrong™ is a new concept to fitness that allows everyone of all ages and fitness levels to improve their health and overall wellbeing.  In addition, Movestrong offers the following:
