Rachele is the DeClaire LaMacchia Orthopaedic Institute’s Director of Physical Therapy and a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopaedics. She joined the DeClaire LaMacchia Orthopaedic Institute in 2005 and returned in 2012.
Rachele earned her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1995. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2011. She was selected for induction into the Alpha Eta Honor Society. Her doctorate research proposal focused on physical therapy treatment to prevent knee osteoarthritis.
She has provided physical therapy treatment since 1998 in orthopedic settings in the metro Detroit area. Her previous experience included being a Director of Physical Therapy.
